Herbal Sources:  Alfalfa, Burdock Root, Nettle, Yellow Dock, Oatstraw, Red Clover, Peppermint, Fenugreek

Food Sources:  Whole grains, organ meats, sweet potatoes, avocados, egg yolks, fish, whey
