1 1/2 oz (1/2 c) blue cheese
3 T buttermilk
3 T sour cream
2 T mayo
2 T white vinegar
Season to taste (pepper, salt, garlic powder, etc…) Makes approx 1/2 pint. I mess around with this one a lot, but when properly messed with it is really tasty.

1/2 c crumbled blue cheese
1/2 c mayo
1 T white vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
We used more blue and more garlic. Probably will use even more of both next time.
