Spinach Balls (Betsy Codier)

2 pkg spinach – cooked and drained
2 c Stovetop chicken dressing
6 beaten eggs
3/4 c melted butter
salt and pepper to taste
dried onions eq to one onion
1 tsp oregano
grated cheese (if you want)

Mix ingre – let stand until dressing is soft.
Shape into balls.  (Can be frozen until needed)
Bake 15 minutes at 350.
