Pumpkin Pie (Betsy Codier)

small can plain unseasoned pumpkin (8 oz)

1/4 tsp salt

2/3 c sugar – half brown, half white

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp ginger

1/2 tsp nutmeg

2 beaten eggs

1 1/3 c evaporated milk

Mix together, warm in pan.  Pour into pie crust.  Bake at 435 for 50-60 minutes.
