Hotdogs in Creole Sauce (Betsy Codier)

Saute:  1/2 c chopped onions, 1 chopped clove garlic, 6 shredded green olives

Add:  1-2 canned tomatos, 1/2 chopped green pepper, 1/2 bay leaf, 1 tsp chopped parsley, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt

Cook sauce on low for about 30 minutes.  Add 4-6 hot dogs, cut as preferred.  Simmer until they’ve cooked.  Serve on rice or pasta.
